The Work

Nameless Theatre is committed to producing high-quality and engaging new writing from the U.K. and abroad with a particular emphasis on current social issues that are deemed “unmentionable”.

Alongside this we will re-invent classics that also deal with these concerns.

 

The People

Nameless Theatre is committed to working with and developing new writers who show creative ability and whose work has a positive impact on the  people involved and the audiences that see it.

 

Education

Nameless Theatre is committed to developing an education program that inspires and informs its participants through workshops, post-show discussions, master classes and residencies.

 

Aims and Objectives

1. To produce three new plays a year.

2. To produce work that encourages audiences to think about current or topical issues.

3. To create work that tackles current or topical social issues and concerns.

4. To encourage and foster new writing.

5. To produce both national and international new writing.

6. To stage small regional tours of work.

7. To enable deaf audiences access to high quality new writing.

8. To have at least one signed performance for each new production.
